COVID-19 prevention measures at ANA Niseko Classic
*Please note that following information might change without any notice.
This event will be held in accordance with the Hokkaido Cycling Federation's "Manual for Prevention of COVID-19".
Please read and agree to the following before entering Niseko Classic will take the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We would like to kindly ask all to cooperate and understanding to operate a safe event.
- Event cancel
The event will be cancelled if the event organizer judges that there is a "state of emergency" declaration in Japan or similar situation.
In such cases, the entry fee will be refunded in accordance with cancellation policy.
*Please note that the venue/course/race related matters may be subject to change due to circumstances of the government, local government, or region. - Event participation requirements
Riders are required to follow all COVID-19 prevention measures, such as wearing a mask and sanitize your hands. If riders do not follow, he/she will not be allowed to participate. - "Health check sheet"
The "Health Check Sheet" is a self-reporting sheet which you are required to fill out your name, address, activity history for two weeks prior to the date of the event, physical condition, body temperature etc,. This information will be used for organizer to check rider's eligibility in participating in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Japan Sports Agency.
*If you do not submit this form, or if you fill it out falsely, you will not be allowed to participate.
Please download or printout the "Health Check Sheet" from the following link and record your health condition and travel records.
We will be sending an online form on June 9th to all participants to submit your health condition and travel that you have recorded from May 27th.
Please fill out the form and show the "submission complete" email that you will receive after submitting the form at the event reception.

*If you are found to have a fever when you arrive at the venue gate, you will not be allowed to enter the venue or participate in the event, regardless of whether or not you are infected with COVID-19. In this case, the entry fee will not be refunded. - Notes when entering venues and during race
Participants who are confirmed to have a normal body temperature will be given a wristband, valid for the day, to wear on their wrist as proof of completion of the test. Please wear the wristband to enter venues.
Please also be sure to sanitize your hands provided at each venue and reception. - Private policy
From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19, we may submit information including health check sheets, to government agencies etc only when they request it. In that case, we will submit personal information in an appropriate manner. - Cancel policy
- From entry open to May 11 ... 50% refund
- From May 12 to May 26 ... 30% refund
- From May 27 to June 9 ... No refund - Festival
To reduce contact opportunities, there will be no food and beverage booths, festival events, etc. Only mechanic support/bike related booth, merchandise tent will be provided. - Updates on this article
