Eligibility (Participant Categories)
UCI Eligible: Men aged 19 and above / Women aged 19 and above.
HCF Races (Non-UCI): Male high school students / Female high school students.
Note: Participants without a racing license can join both UCI and HCF races.
HCF Races (Non-UCI) are not eligible for medals or championship qualification.
