How to Enter

Entry Period
February 29 at noon - May 16, 6 pm.

*Race entry will be closed once entry reach maximum number

Road Race
・150km: 29,000 yen + payment system fee
・80km: 26,000 yen + payment system fee

Fun Ride
・60km Course:
7,000 yen + payment system fee
3,500 yen + payment system fee ( for elementary and junior high school students)

・100km Course:
12,000 yen + peyment system fee
6,000 yen + peyment system fee ( for elementary and junior high school students)

If a state of emergency or Similar situation above(eg. more than Stage 4, State of Emergency expected to declare for Hokkaido) declared for Hokkaido, the event may be canceled.

Once the entry fee has been paid, it will not be returned for any reason.
But when the event is cancelled due to inevitable circumstances such as the declaration of a state of emergency for corona infectious disease, etc, cancel request will follow the following conditions and schedule below;

From Entry open to May 16th --> 50% refund

From May 17 to May 31 --> 30% refund

From June 1 to June 15 --> no refund, goods preset only

Please note that everyone are welcome to participate in any of race but to qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, participants must finish in top 25% in his/her qualifier Road Race (Please refer to the table above to confirm the qualifier race for your age category).
