< Regarding preliminary rides >
Please be aware that riding side by side on the road is prohibited. In recent years, there have been many cases of cyclists riding side byside during practice ride,which has caused inconvenience to nearby residents. When visiting and participating in pravtice rides in the Niseko area, please adhere to traffic rules and prioritize safe riding practices.
・The race course is on public roads, and these roads are not closed during practice rides and course checks.
・You must always obey traffic rules, signals, keep to the left side, and share the road with the public.
・Do not obstruct traffic and prioritize pedestrians.
・ Running side by side is strictly prohibited. In the race, if any rule-breaking overtaking (e.g., from sidewalks or dangerous actions) is identified, you may be penalized with disqualification.
