ANA Niseko CLassic 2021 - Measures against COVID-19

In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, we will take sufficient measures during the event and will update these measures as necessary while carefully monitoring the situation of COVID-19.

We would also like to ask all participants for your cooperation and understanding of all participants in taking measures against COVID-19.

Requests to all participants

  1. Submission of Health Check Sheet
    In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the "Health Check Sheet" is a self-reporting sheet in which you fill in your name, address, activity history two weeks prior to the date of the event, physical condition, etc. It will be used for the eligibility inspection in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Sports Agency. If you do not submit the form or fill it out falsely, you will not be allowed to participate the event.
    "Health Check Sheet" can be submitted by filling out the online form. Please fill in the necessary information and submit it from the online below and show the confirmation email send after submission at the reception desk on June 11 (Fri.) and 12 (Sat.), 2021. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if there is a high risk of infection based on behavioral history or physical condition. In such a case, the participation fee will not be refunded.

    Health Check Sheet will be able to submit here when it is ready.

  2. Body tempreture check
    A body temperature test will be conducted upon entry to the every venue.

    - Main venue ( Road race & Time trial reception)
    Saturday, June 12, 2021
    - Main venue
    - Time Trial venue
    Sunday, June 13, 2021
    - Main venue (150km Road Race start)
    - Rankoshi venue (85km Road Race start)
    If you are found to have a fever when you arrive at the venue, you will not be allowed to enter the venue or participate in the event, regardless of whether or not you are infected with the COVID-19 or other infection. In this case, the entry fee will not be refunded.
  3. Notes upon entering the venue and joining the race
    Participants who are confirmed to have a normal body temperature will be given a wristband, which is valid only for the day, as proof of completion of the body tempreture examination. Participants will be allowed to enter the venue from those who have been confirmed to be wearing the wristband.
    Please be sure to wear a mask except when riding a bicycle, and sanitize your hands with the hand sinitizer provided at the venue and reception tent.


  4. Personal information
    From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, personal information, including the health check sheet submitted, may be submitted to the government in an appropriate manner.
  5. Requirements upon participation
    If you do not follow the infection prevention measures required by the organizer, such as wearing a mask and sanitizing your hands, you will not be allowed to participate.
    In such cases, the entry fee will not be refunded.
