[Submission Closed] How to cancel / defer your entry

Due to the Cancellation of ANA Niseko Classic 2020, we have incorporated two cancellation options for all participants.

Please read the following notes and proceed to the cancellation form to adapt the options to yourself and to your group.

**Submission Closed

Open : 5 June, 2020
Close : 30 June, 2020 12pm noon (JST)

*If you do not submit your cancellation/defer submission within the period above, you will be automatically refunded 50% of 2020 entry fee to your creditcard.

1. Receive 50% refund for 2020 entry fee　 (*1)
   
   
2. Defer your entry to 2021 event (covers 100% of the 2021 entry fee)　(*2)
   

*For Japan residents, there is an additional option to receive Japan tax reduction support (information in Japanese ONLY). Please find details HERE.

1. Click "Cancellation form".
   
2. Choose the cancellation option you prefer and fill out and submit with required information.
   
3. Cancellation reception complete!

*The 50% of the amount of entry fee excluding the payment system fee will be refunded to your credit card when you registered at entry. Please note that refundment may take a while to reflect to your credit card.

*If you choose to defer to 2021, Hokakido Events will automatically defer your entry to 2021 Niseko Classic. The confirmation of 2021 entry will be informed as soon as 2021 event details are confirmed and you will not be charged any extra fee when entering 2021 event.
