About event cancellation judgement
If a state of emergency or Similar situation above(eg. more than Stage 4, State of Emergency expected to declare for Hokkaido) declared for Hokkaido, the organizer may cancel the event.

Cancel policy

Event cancel announcement form Entry open to August 11th --> 50% refund
Event cancel announcement from August 12 to August 26 --> 30% refund
Event cancel announcement from August 27 to September 9(pre event day) --> no refund, goods preset only
